Well some countries do horrible things with overpopulation lice in china and japan they have a limit of children per family and if you have more than 2 children than the exrta kids ho to a orphanage and i think that this is wrong because you should have the right to have as many children as posibly. If i were the president i woul give the familys with huge families to support the children.
